You can try clicking on “forgot your password?” and resetting it with the link sent by e-mail. If, by any chance, you do not receive the e-mail, contact email@example.com.
I’m having trouble logging in, SOS!
First, make sure you are logging in through the right channel: you can sign up via Facebook or e-mail, so remember to login using the same feature! If you’re meeting any error page, contact firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what error you see.
The page says my account is offline. What does it mean?
This means your profile is temporarily offline - because you’ve requested it yourself or because your response rate is below 70%. By being offline, you can avoid getting messages from worldpackers when you don't necessarily need them. Also it's a great way to keep the same rating in our database and redirect the worldpackers to hosts that might have open opportunities.
But remember: you can come back anytime you wish! The Worldpackers community is (y)ours :)
Can I have a person to help me managing the Worldpackers account?
Yes! The Team Member feature is available if you have someone on your staff that will be assisting you while you recruit the best WPs for your business. Request it to our support team at email@example.com and start using it!
I have more than one property. Can I add both?
We advise you to create separate accounts for your businesses, as both the facilities and locations are different and there are no ways (yet!) to put them both together within a single account. Remember to create the second profile with a different e-mail from the first one, though!
I’m not receiving any e-mail notifications from Worldpackers.
It’s possible that you have unsubscribed of our mailing list. Notify our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org in order to start receiving them again.
I want to review my Worldpacker, but can’t seem to find the link.
