I want to change my travel dates

After your trip is confirmed, the dates cannot be changed. To change the dates, send an email to [e-mail] or a message to Ben, the travel buddy, asking for the change, and don't forget to send in this email the new dates. But remember to settle all this with the host before asking us to change the dates.

If the check-in date has already passed, the trip can't be cancelled.
